The Science and Technology Diplomatic Circle of New York (S&TDC) is a free-association of members from the diplomatic missions, consulates and international organizations located in New York City.

S&TDC serves as a platform to spark interactions with experts, entrepreneurs, leaders and officials from academia, research centers, advanced industries and government. The members of S&TDC have dealings with Science and Technology and - in a broader sense - with Education and Innovation. As a group, we focus on events, visits and encounters to explore and connect the dots within the Innovation Ecosystem of New York.

Sticking to our respective and primary mission, we develop mutually-beneficial relationships with local partner organizations, then we identify and present opportunities back to our respective regions and countries.

In today’s world it is well accepted that in the fields of Science and Technology, international cooperation is the preferred path countries and regions should embark on. Scientific research and technology development know no borders and together we face global challenges that require shared capacities and knowledges.
